The update fails or gets stuck - what should I do?
It's often a lack of storage space or a battery that's too low during the install. If the phone no longer starts after an interrupted update, reinstalling the system is usually needed.
Should I reset a phone before selling it?
Yes: back up your data, sign out of your accounts (Google, Apple), then reset. Without signing out, the new owner will stay blocked at activation.
