I forgot my Google or Apple account password - what can I do?
Recovery goes through Google's or Apple's official procedures (recovery phone or email, questions, security delay). We guide you through them, on showing the invoice or the box with the device's IMEI.
Can you remove an account from a phone bought second-hand?
Only if the previous owner removes it themselves or you prove you bought the device. A phone locked to someone else's account may be stolen: we don't get around these protections.
